BOARDING RATES AND CONDITIONS
Daily Rates
· Single dog £17
· 2 sharing* £32
· 3 sharing* £47
CHRISTMAS DAY, BOXING DAY AND NEW YEARS DAY WILL BE CHARGED AT DOUBLE THE DAILY RATE.
Day boarding.
£15.00 per day
* Dogs sharing a kennel must be from the same home and the dogs must get on. Strange dogs are never mixed in a kennel.
All fees are charged by the day and include the day of arrival and departure.
Monday to Friday opening times 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00
Saturday appointment only
Sunday appointment only

Conditions
· Dogs cannot be booked in unless the 25% deposit is paid withing 10 days of making the booking.
· Payments can be taken over the phone by debit or credit cards.
· Our own brand dry dog food is included in the boarding fee, if you require other food for example tinned food,raw food or your own dry food this must be provide on drop off.
· All dogs receive the same care, time and attention so the cost is the same for all breeds and sizes.
· All fees are charged by the day and include the day of arrival and departure.
· 50% of the booking charge is non-refundable if you give less than 2 weeks cancellation notice.
· No shows will not be refunded.
· Refunds cannot be made for early collections.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Dogs must arrive with their up-to-date vaccination card from the vet.
Dogs must be vaccinated (minimum 2 weeks before boarding) and have up-to-date treatment for fleas, ticks and worms.
**Dogs cannot be accepted on the premises without valid vaccinations and their vet card** There are no exceptions for any reason.
Call us if you would like your pet collected or delivered, this is not always possible during busy times and a fee will be calculated taking mileage and time into consideration.

Each dog is different and through sharing our love with your dog they will be happy relaxed and will enjoy there stay with us.
The dogs are let out at least four times a day for exercise, free running and play, always under our supervision one lead walk a day on the quite road. They can run freely on the secure area with space for your dog to have a good run play with a ball. Older or more timid dogs can be given individual care or relax in peace in their kennel or run which has calming views over the fields and hills.
